EVENT: Blister Sisters Fundraising Luncheon

We need a few Meeters & Greeters for the Blister Sisters Fundraising Luncheon. Blister Sisters is a local hiking and social group who will be generously donating to Stand Up Placer.
Perk – help table this event and enjoy a yummy lunch!
What you will be doing:
- Assist Stand Up Placer staff and/or crisis intervention certified volunteers with tabling/information booth coverage.
- Meet and greet attendees.
- Provide attendees with an overview of Stand Up Placer services.
- A working knowledge of Stand Up Placer mission and services.
- You may familiarize yourself with our mission and services on your first shift by reviewing the tabling materials which may include brochures, fliers and handouts.
- Answer attendee questions and provide any handouts/materials.
- You may be helping with setting up and taking down of the information table which includes agency brochures and other materials.
YOUR VOLUNTEER IMPACT: For every hour you volunteer as a Community Meeter & Greeter, we receive $24/per hour in grant funding match. This is very significant and helps us in meeting our grant requirements.
