As you know, we serve and help survivors of sexual assault
and domestic violence.
Many survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic violence will choose to have a forensic exam. The intent of these exams is to collect evidence and provide any medical care needed. These exams are vital but can also be emotionally difficult.
To help with the emotional aspects of these exams, our certified volunteers and staff advocates accompany survivors to all forensic exams. They provide emotional support, a change of clothes, snacks and above all, hope.
Would you like to help spread even more hope to our survivors? Then, join us at the Notes of Hope Open House!
We will be writing little notes of hope, love and encouragement. Each note will go directly to the survivor. We will have all the paper and art supplies. Feel free to bring your own too.
As we all know, a personal note of hope, love and encouragement can go a long way!
The Notes of Hope Open House is Tuesday, February 25th, 5pm-7pm at our Roseville Client Services Center. Drop on by. You don’t have to be there the entire time, anytime you can help will be appreciated!
