Help Us Table At The 2026 Lincoln Head Start Family Fest
We need community meeters & greeters at the Lincoln Head Start Family Fest.
About the event: Head Start empowers families by providing holistic services for low-income qualifying families including goal setting and high-quality early childhood education for their children. They offer connections to resources in the community to assist with improving families’ physical and mental health. At this annual family festival, they have an opportunity to reach many of their families and those who need their services.
Date/Time: Wednesday, May 13 -11:30am-2:30pm
Location: McBean Park - 65 McBean Park Drive, Lincoln, CA 95648
What you will be doing:
- Help staff with setting up and packing up our tabling materials.
- Assist Stand Up Placer staff and/or crisis intervention certified volunteers with tabling/information booth coverage.
- Meet and greet attendees.
- Provide brochures and materials.
Your volunteer impact: For every hour you volunteer as a Community Meeter & Greeter, we receive $24/per hour in grant funding match. This is very significant and helps us in meeting our grant requirements.
