Come help us at the Lincoln Back To School Resource Fair!
We are excited to invite you to participate in the upcoming Back-to-School Resource Fair, hosted in partnership with the Western Placer Unified School District! Join us as we connect with more than 2,500 students and families preparing for the new school year.
Date/Time: Saturday, August 8th - 8:30am - 12:30pm (2 shifts available)
Location: Lincoln Highschool Parking Lot - 790 J Street, Lincoln, CA 95648
What you will be doing:
- Help staff with setting up and packing up our tabling materials.
- Assist Stand Up Placer staff and/or crisis intervention certified volunteers with tabling/information booth coverage.
- Meet and greet attendees.
- Provide brochures and materials.
- All training will be provided on site.
Your volunteer impact: For every hour you volunteer as a Community Meeter & Greeter, we receive $24/per hour in grant funding match. This is very significant and helps us in meeting our grant requirements.
